These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale are up to date as of September 1er 2024.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale are offered by MIGAAL COUTURE, designating Mrs. Magali Vignas (trade name MIGAAL COUTURE) registered as a sole proprietorship in France, under the number 909 320 624 and whose registered office is located Bâtiment A, 115 Boulevard de Ménilmontant 75011 Paris.
Their e-mail address is contact@migaal.com.
Any purchase on the website automatically implies acceptance of all of these conditions, which the Costumer acknowledges having read prior to ordering.
MIGAAL COUTURE is the owner and publisher of the migaal.com website. The Site is hosted by the company o2switch, registered at the following address: Chemin des Pardieux 63000 Clermond-Ferrand France; e-mail: commercial@o2switch.fr; tel: (33) 04.44.44.60.40.
The publication manager is Mrs Magali Vignas.
The Site offers to the Costumer the opportunity to purchase ready-to-wear products and accessories online from MIGAAL COUTURE.

DEFINITIONS
Account: designates a personal area of the User (whether a Customer or not) to which he/she has access on the Site thanks to personal identifiers that he/she has created with MIGAAL COUTURE.
After-sales services: refers to the services offered by MIGAAL COUTURE from the Site, solely to its Customers who have purchased a Product.
Customer: designates any natural person acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his or her commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal or agricultural activity, as well as any legal entity not acting in professional purposes, having created an Account and accepted MIGAAL COUTURE's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
MIGAAL COUTURE (or the Company): refers to Mrs Magali Vignas (trade name MIGAAL COUTURE), registered as a sole proprietorship in France under the number 909 320 624 and having its registered office at Bâtiment A, 115 Boulevard de Ménilmontant 75011 Paris.
Order: refers to the act of purchasing Product(s) by the Customer on the Site through his/her Account.
Personal data: any information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person.
Products: shall designate all products available for sale on the Site.
Site: designates the MIGAAL COUTURE website accessible via the following link <migaal.com>.
Supplier: designates all persons, independent of MIGAAL COUTURE, working with MIGAAL COUTURE, in order to offer Products for sale.
User: refers to any visitor to the Site, whether a professional or an individual, whether or not a customer of MIGAAL COUTURE.

GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "T&C".
2.1 Scope of application of the T&C
The T&C are applicable to the use of the Site by the User. Their purpose is to define all the conditions under which MIGAAL COUTURE offers Products for sale and, subsequently, their acquisition by Customers. They are written in French and English, and in case of doubt about the interpretation of any translation, only the original French version shall prevail.
Together with confirmation and registration e-mails or electronic messages (SMS), they constitute the only contractual document.
2.2 Availability and enforceability of the T&C
The T&C are made available to the User on the Site.
The Customer acknowledges having accepted the entirety of the T&C without reservation, by ticking the appropriate box before placing an Order and/or creating an Account.
The confirmation of an Order or the creation of an Account implies acceptance by the User (whether a Customer or not) of the T&C in force on the day of the Order or the creation of the Account. The conservation and reproduction of the T&C are ensured by MIGAAL COUTURE in accordance with article 1127-1 of the French Civil Code.
2.3 Modification of the T&C
MIGAAL COUTURE reserves the right to modify all or part of the T&C at any time.
It will then send the User the new, modified T&C. The User will then be able to read them and freely choose to continue placing Orders.
In the event of modification, the applicable T&C are those in force on the day of the Order. A copy may be sent upon request.
2.4 Severability clause of the T&C
If one or several stipulations of the present T&C are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope.
The possible nullity of one of the clauses of the T&C does not entail the nullity of the T&C as a whole, only the clause being deemed unwritten will lose its effect.
In such cases, MIGAAL COUTURE undertakes to modify the provision in order to make it valid or applicable, without this modification affecting the other provisions of the T&C.
The temporary or definitive inapplicability of one or more provisions of the T&C by MIGAAL COUTURE does not constitute a waiver on their part of the other provisions of the T&C, which continue to produce their effects, to its possible advantage.
2.5 Duration
These T&C govern all relations between MIGAAL COUTURE and the User for as long as the User browses and uses the Site and, if applicable, places an Order or creates an Account.

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS & SECURITY & RULES FOR INTERNET USE
3.1 Access conditions and safety
The Site is accessible by any person who has the authority and competence to recognize, accept and respect the present T&C. The User must be at least 16 years of age on the date creation of the Account. Users under the age of 16 may not create an Account or use the Site without the express consent and support of their parents or legal guardians.
Any use of the Site by a minor shall be made under the full supervision and responsibility of the parent or representative, who shall be fully liable for any use made.
The Site is accessible to the User on most modern devices with an Internet connection. Before using the Site, the User must ensure that he/she has the technical and computer resources to use the Site and order Products, and that his/her browser allows secure access and the computer configuration of his/her hardware/equipment is in good condition and free of viruses.
The User undertakes not to undermine the security of the Site. To this end, the User undertakes not to access and/or maintain MIGAAL COUTURE's information system fraudulently. Nor may the User damage or interfere with MIGAAL COUTURE's information system. Should the User fail to do so, MIGAAL COUTURE may take any measures against the User, including incurring criminal liability under Articles 323-1 et seq. of the French Penal Code.
It is the User's responsibility to obtain the network access necessary to use the Site and to use compatible devices and operating systems.
3.2 Rules of use of Internet
MIGAAL COUTURE strives to provide access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond their control, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for their proper functioning.
Consequently, they cannot guarantee the availability of the Site or the reliability of transmissions or performance. They do not offer technical assistance to the User.
They shall not be held liable in the event of inability to access the Site for the aforementioned reasons.
Regarding access from abroad, the Site is accessible from several countries around the world and may contain references to Products that MIGAAL COUTURE does not offer in those countries.
MIGAAL COUTURE shall in no event be obliged to offer their Products in such country.

ORDERING PRODUCTS ON THE SITE
4.1 Shopping cart validation
The Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
MIGAAL COUTRE reserves the right to correct the content of the Site at any time, without prior notice.
The Customer selects the Product(s) he/she wishes to purchase and can access the summary of his/her Order at any time by accessing his/her shopping cart.
The Order summary lists the Product(s) selected by the Customer and the associated price. The Customer may modify his/her Order and correct any errors before accepting it.
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the information provided is correct, and in particular that the delivery address is the correct one.
4.2 Creating an Account
In order to proceed with an Order, the Customer must create an Account.
After filling in the appropriate form, including email address, surname and first name, the User must enter a password.
The password is both confidential and personal and is used under the User's sole responsibility.
Any action and/or connection and/or Order carried out and/or placed with this password is deemed to have been carried out by the Customer. Should the Customer lose his/her password, he/she must notify MIGAAL COUTURE without delay by completing the password modification procedure offered on the Site.
Once the Account has been created, the Customer can continue with the Order process.
4.3 Validation and Order placement
In order to proceed with the Order, the Customer must accept the present T&C (as well as the Privacy Policy). The Customer confirms acceptance of his Order by ticking the box to validate the T&C and the Privacy Policy, and then clicking on the Order validation icon. The words "Order with payment obligation" or a similar unambiguous wording appears next to the Order validation icon to ensure that the Customer explicitly acknowledges his/her payment obligation.
Once the Order has been confirmed, and in order to proceed with payment, the Customer enters his/her billing and delivery details, i.e. the address to which the Product(s) will be sent.
After acceptance of the T&C and validation of the Order with obligation of payment, the contract is validly concluded between MIGAAL COUTURE and the Customer and binds them irrevocably.
MIGAAL COUTURE will then email the Customer an Order summary containing the elements of the Order summary as well as the contact details provided.
All Orders are final and cannot be cancelled nor modified.
4.4 Reasons for refusal of an Order
MIGAAL COUTURE reserves the right to refuse any Order in case of:

Existing dispute with the User (Customer or not);

Total or partial non-payment of a previous Order by the Customer;

Refusal to authorize payment by credit card;

Order placed in bad faith;
-
Non-respect of brand image;
-
Unable to deliver to the address indicated;
-
Abundance of demand;
-
Technical problem;
-
Abnormal nature of the latter, in particular in the case of an Order that would appear unusual for a Customer.
In the event of an obviously low or derisory price, MIGAAL COUTURE reserves the right to cancel any Order. In this case, the Customer will be informed by email.
In the event of refusal, the Customer will be informed by email and will receive a full refund within 7 (seven) days, excluding administration costs. The Customer may then proceed with a new Order.

PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are quoted on the Site in euros and include all taxes.
The total amount is indicated in the Order summary, before the Customer accepts the T&C, validates his/her Order, enters and validates his/her contact details for the dispatch of the Order and, where applicable, for invoicing, and proceeds to payment.
The Customer expressly agrees to receive only an electronic invoice.
Payment must be made in full on the day the Order is placed. It is payable in euros by credit card. The Site uses the STRIPE security system, a service provider specializing in online payment security, which guarantees the total confidentiality of banking information. Order information and credit card numbers do not circulate on the Internet. The Customer's bank details are not stored electronically by MIGAAL COUTURE.
Its banking information is not accessible to MIGAAL COUTURE. It does not pass through any of its servers. Only trusted third parties responsible for encrypting the digital processing of this information have access to it.
The Customer's credit card will be debited when the Order is confirmed.
The Customer warrants to MIGAAL COUTURE that they have the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment, when placing the Order.
Any action and/or connection and/or Order carried out and/or placed using this payment method is deemed to have been carried out by the Customer.
In the event of loss or theft of the credit card or any other banking information, the Customer must immediately notify his/her bank in order to take the necessary steps and, in particular, block the lost or stolen means of payment.
At the same time, if MIGAAL COUTURE so requests, it shall substitute the invalidated method of payment with a new valid method of payment.
MIGAAL COUTURE reserves the right to request the suspension or cancellation of any Order, regardless of its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of any sum owed to them by the Customer, in the event of a payment incident, or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud relating to the use of the Site and the payment of an Order.

ORDER DELIVERY
The Products offered on the Site can be delivered in France, Europe and any territory where UPS accepts to deliver. Delivery costs are fully covered by MIGAAL COUTURE.
The Customer undertakes to pay the price stipulated for the Product ordered on the Site and to pay or have paid, where applicable, directly to the forwarding agent or carrier, any customs duties, VAT or other taxes due to the importation of the Product into the country of delivery, in particular Switzerland and the overseas territories and departments.
The Customer is informed that in certain countries customs fees may be charged. The amount of these customs duties is set by the customs authorities. MIGAAL COUTURE cannot be held responsible for the payment of this tax when the Order is sent to the Customer.
MIGAAL COUTURE shall not be liable to the Customer for any refund or other compensation for non-delivery resulting from the Customer's failure to pay this tax.
Delivery will take place between 7 to 23 working days from the Order date, except in cases of force majeure.
When the Order is ready, the Customer is informed by e-mail of its dispatch. The Product(s) ordered will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.
The Customer must ensure that the information communicated and mentioned in the confirmation email is correct.

For any request for information, clarification or complaint, the Customer must first contact MIGAAL COUTURE's After-sales service, to enable MIGAAL COUTURE to try to find a solution to the problem.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal from MIGAAL COUTURE, without having to justify his/her decision or pay any penalty.
To exercise his/her right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify his/her decision in an unambiguous statement. The Customer may communicate his/her decision by any means, in particular by sending it by email (contact@migaal.com).
A withdrawal form is available for the Customer to complete. Once completed, the withdrawal form can be sent directly to MIGAAL COUTURE. The form can be found below.
The customer is invited to indicate the reason for return/retraction, in order to help MIGAAL COUTURE improve their service.
In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, MIGAAL COUTURE will reimburse the amount of the Order (including delivery costs) no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which MIGAAL COUTURE is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
MIGAAL COUTURE may defer reimbursement until receipt of the returned Products or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the Products, whichever comes first.
MIGAAL COUTURE will make the refund using the same means of payment as that used for the original transaction. In any event, this refund will not incur any costs for the Customer.
The Customer must return the Product no later than fourteen (14) days after having communicated his/her decision to cancel to the following address:

This period is deemed to have been respected if the Product is returned before the fourteen (14) day period has expired.
MIGAAL COUTURE will bear the cost of returning the Product(s).
To do this, MIGAAL COUTURE will send the Customer a return slip and instructions to follow. If the Customer does not use the return form provided by MIGAAL COUTURE, MIGAAL COUTURE will not accept any claims.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of this Site and the Site itself, are protected by copyright, trademark law, designs and models and/or all other intellectual property rights. These elements are the exclusive property of MIGAAL COUTURE. All these rights are reserved worldwide.
The name and trademark, logos, designs, stylized letters, figurative marks, and all signs represented on this Site are and shall remain the exclusive property of MIGAAL COUTURE.
No title or right whatsoever in any element or software shall be obtained by downloading or copying elements of this Site. The User is expressly prohibited from reproducing (other than for the User's own personal, non-commercial use), publishing, editing, transmitting, distributing, displaying, removing, deleting, adding to, modifying or otherwise working with this Site and the materials and software it contains, or selling or participating in any sale of this Site, the materials on this Site or any related software.
MIGAAL COUTURE grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the Site. This license is strictly personal and may not be assigned or transferred to any third party. The license is granted for the duration of use of the Site.
Any use by the User of the corporate names, trademarks and distinctive signs belonging to MIGAAL COUTURE is strictly prohibited without the express prior consent of MIGAAL COUTURE.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The User undertakes to comply with the terms of these T&C and to use the Site in accordance with the instructions of MIGAAL COUTURE.
The User agrees to use the Site solely for his/her personal use, in accordance with these T&C. In this respect, the User agrees to refrain from:
- Use the Site in any manner that is unlawful, for any purpose that is unlawful, or in any manner that is inconsistent with these T&C.
- To sell, copy, reproduce, rent, lend, distribute, transfer or sublicense all or part of the contents appearing on the Site or to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, display in a form readable by the User, attempt to discover any source code or use any software activating or comprising all or part of the Site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site's computer system or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of or interferes with the performance or deteriorates the functionality of the Site.
- To use the Site for abusive purposes by deliberately introducing viruses or any other malicious program and to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site.
- To infringe the intellectual property rights of MIGAAL COUTURE and/or to resell or attempt to resell the Products to third parties.
- To disparage or denigrate the Site and/or Products and MIGAAL COUTURE on social networks and any other means of communication.
If, for any reason whatsoever, MIGAAL COUTURE considers that the User is in breach of these T&C, they may at any time, and at their sole discretion, terminate the User's access to the Site and/or the User's Account and take any and all measures, including civil and criminal legal action, against the User.

GUARANTEES
All Products offered by MIGAAL COUTURE are subject to the legal warranty of conformity provided under French law, and in particular Articles L.217-4, L.217-5 and L.217-12 of the French Consumer Code, and to the warranty against hidden defects provided by Articles 1641 to 1649, first paragraph, of the French Civil Code.
11.1 Legal warranties – Legal warranty of conformity
MIGAAL COUTURE delivers goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery.
It is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when the latter has been charged to it under the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility.
The good is in conformity with the contract if it is fit for the use usually expected of a similar good and, where applicable, if it corresponds to the description given by MIGAAL COUTURE or if it has the qualities that a Customer may legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by MIGAAL COUTURE, particularly in advertising or labelling.
Any action resulting from a lack of conformity must be brought within two years of delivery of the Product.
The Customer is exempt from having to prove the existence of the Product's lack of conformity during the 24 months following delivery of the Product.
The Customer may choose between repairing or replacing the Product, subject to the cost conditions set out in Article L.217-12 of the French Consumer Code (MIGAAL COUTURE may not proceed according to the choice made by the Customer if the requested compliance is impossible or entails disproportionate costs).
The legal warranty of conformity applies independently of any commercial warranty.
11.2 Legal warranties – Warranty against hidden defects
MIGAAL COUTURE is liable for any hidden defects in the item sold which render it unfit for its intended use, or which impair this use to such an extent that the Customer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had he been aware of them.
An action for latent defects must be brought within two years of discovery of the defect.
If a Customer considers that he/she has received a Product that he/she considers to be defective or non-conforming, he/she must contact MIGAAL COUTURE as soon as possible after receipt of the Order, specifying the defect or non-conformity in question.
It is the Customer's responsibility to provide any justification as to the designation of apparent defects and/or anomalies found. The Customer must allow MIGAAL COUTURE every opportunity to ascertain these defects or non-conformities and to remedy them if necessary. He/she shall refrain from intervening himself/herself or having a third party intervene for this purpose.
If the defects and/or anomalies are confirmed by MIGAAL COUTURE, MIGAAL COUTURE will send the Customer instructions on how to proceed after being made aware of the complaint and, if necessary, will replace the Product.
In the event that it is impossible to exchange the Product, MIGAAL COUTURE shall be obliged to reimburse the Customer within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product. The refund will be made at MIGAAL COUTURE's discretion by crediting the Customer's bank account.
The Customer may decide to invoke the warranty against hidden defects as defined in article 1641 of the French Civil Code. In this case, the Customer may choose between rescinding the sale (returning the Product and having the price refunded) or Migaal Couture replacing the defective Product.
11.3 Commercial warranties - Lining and zipper
MIGAAL COUTURE guarantees, for an indefinite period of time, only the wear of Product linings and zippers. However, under this warranty are excluded any alteration of Products requested because of tears, as well as offers touch-ups requests.
In this respect, the Customer should contact After-sales services and inform them of the repair to be made. MIGAAL COUTURE may ask the Customer to send us any visuals or supporting documents so that we examine the customer's requests and analyze their validity.
MIGAAL COUTURE reserves the right to refuse any request for repair that they consider unnecessary, abusive or unjustified.
If MIGAAL COUTURE accepts the request, it will send the Customer a delivery slip so that he/she can send the Product(s) that is(are) the subject of the request.
Upon receipt of the Product(s), MIGAAL COUTURE may make a new diagnosis and again reserves the right to refuse any request for repair that they consider useless, abusive or unjustified. In this case, MIGAAL COUTURE will return the Product(s) to the Customer at the return address indicated by the Customer. The Customer is asked to ensure that he/she provides UPS with correct and accessible contact details.
If MIGAAL COUTURE accepts the requested repairs, after analysis of the Product(s), they will inform the Customer of the approximate repair time, which is non-binding.
They will also keep the customer informed of any difficulties and possible extensions of the estimated time.
MIGAAL COUTURE cannot be held responsible for any extension or non-compliance with the initially announced deadline, as this does not depend solely on their work and will.
Once the repairs have been completed, the Product(s) will be returned to the Customer at MIGAAL COUTURE's expense.
The Customer will be informed of the return of the Product(s) by email.
The Customer expressly understands and accepts that repairs may not be identical. MIGAAL COUTURE cannot be held responsible for any repairs that result in a slightly different rendering of the original Product(s).
For example, the color of the zipper, like that of the Product, may have faded over time. As the replacement zipper is new, it will not have the "aged" look of the rest of the Product.
Finally, if the Customer has previously engaged a third party to repair the Product(s), MIGAAL COUTURE reserves the right to refuse the implementation of the commercial warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MIGAAL COUTURE has an obligation of means, for all stages of the Order process as well as for stages subsequent to the conclusion of the contract (transport of products, for example).
MIGAAL COUTURE does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information contained on the Site, nor its suitability for the User's needs.
The latter is responsible for the use of the information contained on the Site and fully assumes the risks associated with such use.
MIGAAL COUTURE cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage, material or immaterial, resulting from the use of the Site and the information contained therein, errors, lack of availability of information or the presence of a virus.
MIGAAL COUTURE makes every effort to ensure that the User is provided with optimum access to its Site. However, MIGAAL COUTURE shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or improper performance of all or part of the obligations provided for in these T&C, which is attributable either to the User, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party outside the T&C, or to a case of force majeure. More generally, should MIGAAL COUTURE be held liable, they may under no circumstances agree to compensate the User for damages that are indirect or whose existence and/or quantum is not established by evidence.
MIGAAL COUTURE is not bound by any obligation of result concerning the accessibility of the Site and is in no way responsible for interruptions and the consequences that may result from them.
The Site may contain links to other websites not edited or controlled by MIGAAL COUTURE, which cannot be held responsible for the operation, content or any element present on or obtained through these websites.
The establishment of such links or reference to any information, articles or services provided by a third party cannot and must not be interpreted as an express or tacit endorsement by MIGAAL COUTURE of these websites and elements or their content.
MIGAAL COUTURE is not responsible for the availability of these websites and cannot control their content nor validate the advertising and other information published on these websites.
It is expressly stipulated that MIGAAL COUTURE cannot be held responsible in any way whatsoever if the User's computer equipment or e-mail system rejects, for example due to anti-spam software, e-mails sent by MIGAAL COUTURE, including but not limited to the copy of the payment receipt or the summary of the Order.
MIGAAL COUTURE cannot be held responsible for reimbursing compensation for Products that have been lost, stolen or damaged while being transported as stipulated for the right of withdrawal or the legal and commercial guarantees.
The User is fully aware of the provisions of this article and in particular of the aforementioned warranties and limitations of liability, essential conditions without which MIGAAL COUTURE would never have contracted.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER
The User is responsible for the use of the information contained on the Site and fully assumes the risks associated with such use.
The Customer shall be solely liable if he/she provides incorrect information that prevents his/her Order from being processed (in particular, an incorrect or incomplete address).
The User is solely responsible for the use made of his/her Account.

NEWSLETTER
By ticking the box provided for this purpose or by expressly agreeing to this, the User accepts that MIGAAL COUTURE may send the User, at a frequency and in a form determined by the User, a newsletter which may contain information relating to their activity.
When the User ticks the box provided for this purpose in the registration process or on the Site, he/she agrees to receive commercial offers for products similar to those ordered.
The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the appropriate link in each newsletter.

PERSONAL DATA – COOKIES

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
16.1 Settlement of disputes
All complaints should be addressed to After-sales services.
16.2 Mediation
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, MIGAAL COUTURE uses the services of MEDIATION CONSOMMATION DEVELOPPEMENT/MED CONSO DEV (hereinafter the "Mediator"), whose contact details are as follows: Centre d'Affaires Stéphanois SAS IMMEUBLE HORIZON - ESPLANADE DE FRANCE - 3, RUE J.CONSTANT MILLERET - 42000 SAINT-ETIENNE - FRANCE. https://www.medconsodev.eu
If the User's request to After-sales services fails, or if there is no response from After-sales services within 2 months, the User may submit the dispute to the Mediator, who will attempt, independently and impartially, to bring the parties together with a view to finding an amicable solution.
The parties to the contract remain free to accept or refuse recourse to mediation and, in the event of recourse to mediation, to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the Mediator.
16.3 Territorial jurisdiction
For any dispute relating to an Order placed on the Site or for any dispute relating to the present T&C, the competent court will be :
- the defendant's place of residence,
- the place of delivery of the Product, or
- the place where the User resided at the time the contract was concluded or at the time the harmful event occurred.
16.4 Applicable law
These T&C are governed by French law.
